Question 1

Can I try a video model before subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and check your available credits. Any signup or promotional credits depend on the current offer; daily free credits are not guaranteed. Your balance must cover the selected model's estimate. One-time credit packs are available without a recurring subscription.

Question 2

How many credits does one video cost?

Accepted Answer

It varies by model, duration and settings. Kling 3.0 currently estimates 50 credits for 5 seconds in Standard mode without sound, or 75 credits with sound. Veo 3.1 Quality currently estimates 70 credits per generation. The generator's estimate is the reference for your selected options; a credit allowance is not a fixed number of videos.

Question 3

Is the annual price a monthly charge?

Accepted Answer

No. The monthly equivalent is for comparison only. An annual subscription is billed for the full displayed yearly amount and issues its annual credit allocation after successful payment, not in monthly installments. Monthly subscriptions bill and grant their allowance each monthly billing period.

Question 4

When do purchased credits expire?

Accepted Answer

One-time packs are configured for 365 days. Subscription credits are tied to their billing period and expiry; they are not an unlimited balance. Check the Credits page in your account for the actual expiration date.

Question 5

Does a larger plan unlock every resolution or sound option?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans change your credit allowance. Inputs, sound, duration and output controls depend on the selected model and the options available in its generator. A plan does not add unsupported features or guarantee a particular video result.
